The team Shy Music is working to bring the beautiful, original South African musical, Calling Us Home to the stage. To celebrate their upcoming AFRICA TOUR 2025, they are launching an ‘In Concert’ series, featuring magnificent guest stars and select members of the Africa Tour 2025 cast! 

 

The first show takes place at Endler Hall in Stellenbosch on the 30th April 2025. The ‘Calling Us Home’ Team is thrilled to offer members of Claremont Dramatic Society a 10% discount for the performance of ‘Calling Us Home’ Narrated In-Concert.  

There is also an option to buy tickets for a post-show Meet & Greet with Composer Alice Gillham, stars Zimbini, Isabella Jane, Mary Thuli, with select members of the International Touring Cast, and TV star and narrator Johann Vermaak.

Alice Gillham is a South African writer and composer who has composed and produced this beautiful grand scale musical.  The ‘In Concert’ version of ‘Calling Us Home’ invites you to experience a magical evening of song and stories, a heartfelt narrated concert of the music that brought Cape Town audiences to their feet in 2023!
