Notice of a Special General Meeting
Notice is hereby given of a Special General Meeting of Claremont Dramatic Society.

Venue: The Hok
Reason for meeting:The Masque is currently facing a cash flow issue and has approached the ‘4 member societies’ for assistance.
The assistance required not only affects the Masque Theatre but could well have a far-reaching effect on the society.
Due to the ramifications of whatever decisions are made and steps are taken, these steps and decisions cannot be taken by the committee in isolation, but need to be carried out by the society as a whole.
I want to encourage each and everyone of you to make every effort to be in attendance for this meeting and to actively participate in making very key decisions about the future of both the Masque Theatre and Claremont Dramatic Society.
