Written notice of any motions for consideration must be sent by email to claremon...@gmail.com by midnight on 12 February 2025.
Nominations or volunteers to the committee must be sent via email prior to the meeting to claremontdramatic.gmail.com or via an interim committee member.
Only paid-up members are eligible to vote and be heard. Subscriptions (R150 per member per annum, R140 for scholars/pensioners) must be paid to ensure eligibility to vote and be heard at the AGM.
Subscriptions can be paid via EFT/SnapScan in advance or at the door on the evening of the meeting. If payment is made via EFT/SnapScan please forward proof of payment to claremon...@gmail.com by 24 February.
