Well, Steve, as long as you don't manage to post FAQs to these
newsgroups regularly, I don't really think you are entitled to express
any indignation. The only appropriate way to respond would be to give
that information respectfully and politely. It may well be *your*
mistake if people don't know. And without FAQs, how can you even
identify what if off-topic?

Looks like nobody answers the request either.
The simple fact is that it now takes ages to connect to the service
and as far as I can see there is no specific comment about what the
problem is and, more important, when it will be resolved.
Please Claranet sort it out!! the 0808 number was fine until about 2/3 weeks
ago and i cant keep paying £25 a month for a service worse than Worldonline
at their peak of worseness!!!! and that *was* bad....
