Due to emergency changes made during the Freetime Anytime outage
yesterday (Thu 12th September) a maintenance slot has been
scheduled by NTL for between 2am and 5am on Monday 16th September
for them to make a routing change. We understand that the
outage should be of the order of seconds to a few minutes if all
goes according to plan.

This announcement affects customers using Freetime Anytime
and Freetime Anytime Business customers dialling
0808 9909070 and 0808 9909071 access numbers. No other
services are affected.
