Since Saturday night I have not been able to connect.
I have e-mailed the newsmaster and contacted you by telephone three times to
be assured that it was being escalated. I have been given a reference number
MS14669 for the fault.

I get error message:
502 Authentication failed: user conor.turton already connected from
different IP: 213.249.187.51 != 213.249.186.29
By tomorrow (Saturday) it will have been a week since this occurred. This is
absolutely ridiculous for a problem that is so simple to resolve it is
unbelievable.
It started off being just one of those things but now Claras inability to
resolve such a basic problem for the thick end of a week that can be
resolved with no more than a handful of mouseclicks/keystrokes (providing
the person who's adminning it actually has a clue) is becoming very
annoying.
