No authentication on NTL Freetime 5 and 10

Due to a problem with NTL's authentication servers, users
will be unable to connect the Freetime 5 and 10 on the
following numbers:

- 0808 990 9070
- 0808 990 9071

This will not affect users currently connected, only new
connections.

There is currently no ETA for a resolution, however NTL
engineers are working on resolving the problem.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Service has been restored to the NTL 0808 990 907x Freetime
numbers.

The problem affecting the NTL Freetime service has re-occurred
and users will still experience busy tones when attempting to
connect.

The problem has been narrowed down to a routing issue within
NTL's network. A previous workaround did not prove effective.

We unfortunately do not yet have ETR for this problem.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has
caused.
