Pinnacle provides a full range of domestic and international flight operations and training services for manned and unmanned aircraft. For manned aircraft, our certified instructors and simulator technicians support training for over 5,500 students each year. For unmanned aircraft we currently employ instructors and support personnel that provide training for over 2,500 students each year in nine different academic programs. Pinnacle has an exceptional understanding of virtual training systems design, development, integration, testing, and fielding for both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Our team of instructional designer, 3D graphic artists and animators, multimedia experts, and software developers will successfully deliver the following types of products in support of Rotary Wing, Fixed Wing, Unmanned Aerial Systems, and Ground Vehicles.

Pinnacle provides Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and Contractor Operations and Maintenance Services (COMS) supporting a wide range of domestic and international aviation programs for fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Primary services, as well as those necessary to support predominantly OCONUS programs, include but are not limited to:

Pinnacle provides training services supporting C4ISR including desktop trainers and simulator mod kits for SATCOM ARC-231 devices. Additionally, Pinnacle provides UAS information technology and network support for training the Shadow aircraft and training of radio communication procedures as well as configuration of system radios for flight operations and communications relay for both the Shadow and Gray Eagle aircraft.

As information management and cybersecurity are constantly evolving, Pinnacle has in-depth experience in execution and maintenance of training system information assurance systems and practices. We have experience developing and successfully obtaining Authority to Operate (ATO) and Authority to Connect (ATC) accreditations.

Pinnacle has a highly qualified systems, hardware, and software engineering team to provide low-risk solutions for the modification, development, and/or production of motion and non-motion training devices for multiple weapons systems. We have repeatedly demonstrated our exceptional understanding of training systems design, development, integration, testing, and fielding on a wide variety of programs. Additionally, our size, organizational characteristics, and business processes enable us to be consistently flexible and responsive to the critical training missions of our customers.

Pinnacle is an established Value Added Reseller (VAR) with expertise in marketing and distributing commercial and military products into foreign markets through effective navigation of the complexities associated with product export and export compliance under U.S. ITAR and EAR regulations.

Ron Franklin and Dick Vilardo founded Pinnacle Hotel Management in 1997 to develop and manage Marriott and Hilton branded hotels. Their first project, the 123-room Courtyard Orlando East/UCF opened in June of 1997. Since that time they have developed or purchased 40 additional hotels. Pinnacle's largest new build project to date is the Orlando Marriott Lake Mary, a 304-room, full service hotel. The company manages its own hotels, as well as, those owned by other companies. Pinnacle has completed 30 ground up hotel development projects in markets such as Washington,D.C., Florida, New England and California. Pinnacle has also successfully completed several brand conversion projects including the Courtyard Alexandria, Virginia, the Fairfield Inn and Suites Palm Beach, Florida, the Courtyard Key West, Florida, the Boston Courtyard Billerica/Bedford, Massachusetts, and the Philadelphia Courtyard City Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In 2002 Steve Fairbanks joined Pinnacle as an investor and partner. Fairbanks has been instrumental in leading an aggressive acquisition and development strategy for the company. The Pinnacle Hotel Management portfolio includes managing over 2,500 rooms and annual sales in excess of $130 million.
