Tony,

You would be proud of us. Zombie and I bought all RockBand country
packs 1-4, played Friday and Saturday night with the wives and it was
fantastic. Maybe I am turning a bit redneck but am surprised at how
fun it is and how good some of the guitar riffs are.

Maybe I should buy some country CD's as well, so far am enjoying Zach
Brown, Rascal Flats, and Lady Antebellum on the radio. Any
recommendations?

Freakin' rednecks. I live in Texas, and I avoid the country like the
plague. Mostly because whenever I listen, inevitably someone does a shitty
cover of a rock song I love, and it makes me turn it off in disgust.

So, played the return of Morrigan dl for Dragon Age. Gotta say, a little
disappointed. Was neat to see her again, but they really didn't do
anything, and didn't advance the story much. Ended in another cliffhanger.
DUN Dun dunnnn!

I've been compelled to play all of the other dl for it though. The one
where you play as a darkspawn was neat. Chugging through Awakenings, right
now. That one is fun so far.

Also bought Liara's dl for Mass Effect. Haven't played it yet, though.

Also, Halo: Reach comes out Tuesday. Anyone picking it up? Sounds like
there are some cool multiplayer horde-type maps that could be worth it. I'm
sure I'll get it at some point, just want to know how soon to rush out.

I bought one of those packs a while back. "Gunpower and Lead" by
Miranda Lambert is one of my favorites for the drums. I have enjoyed
Randy Houser lately. Darius Rucker from Hootie and the Blowfish fame,
has been putting out solid country songs. Montgomery Gentry is very
solid, and you can't go wrong with Brooks and Dunn.

But for some reason I have been listing to some top 40 lately.
Something about Ememim's new hits I can get into.

I probably will pick up Halo Reach sometime later this winter, no rush
on it for me.

I heard one of Darius Rucker songs this weekend while driving back
from Iowa and enjoyed it. I like Ememim's new songs as well.

Rap sucks. Hootie is awesome. Halo: Reach looks great but can wait,
unless a bunch of us start playing it.

I agree about Eminem's latest. I really dig his single with Rihanna (he's
always good when he isn't whining about his life in a song). I've been
listening to a lot of top 40 lately, too. And house music (on XM). People
actually attempt to sing, usually, unlike hardcore rap, which still sucks.

And always will.
