World Cup

Is anyone into the World Cup? Our company setup a projector in the
cafeteria to show the US game to day. There about 2 dozen people
watching the game while working on their laptops. How does anyone
think this is fun game? A keeper? The pitch? A striker? I would
rather watch WNBA than this.

I've been listening to it while I work, and keeping tabs on the US's group.

To me, the World Cup is like The Olympics, or World Series, NBA Finals, any
other big sporting event. Even if I have no interest in the sport before
it, the grandness, pageantry, and the involvement of so many other countries
make me take notice of what's going on.
