Clairemont Drive and Balboa

If there is anything that makes Clairemont look ghetto it's the abandoned gas station/smog center at the corner of Clairemont Drive and Balboa. This reminds me of something you'd see in Detroit.

Can the owner do something more creative then putting up an ugly chain link fence around this dilapidated building?

I will see if I can find the owner.Property Manager, then "WE" can start a letter/email/phone/drop by and"Put their feet to the fire" pressure group. I will let you know what I find
