Hey anyone know what that big building being built between the Target and Home Depot in Balboa is going to be?
Very curious to find out!

I was told by someone at Target it will be Whole Foods.

When I last spoke to the developer and specifically asked about Whole Foods going in there he told me no.

Party City for One and its a done deal. Whole Foods in CM Not a chance the demographics don't fit $ wise and Trader Joes is TOO HIP!

PetCo has "UNLEASHED" across the street Again a large Pet Supply Company does not fit the CHEAPOS in CM [FYI been here since 84]
