The question is not an easy one to answer. Natural convection depends on
the geometry, so .. finding one correlation for one geometry is limited to
that one geometry. Locate a solar energy book or a basic heat transfer
book. Either one of these will have some of the basic empirical heat
transfer correlations for natural convection. Find one that matches the
geometry you are interested in best and use that as a rough estimate.
