How to Influence the Inner Circle -- by Subhuti
Beloved Friends,
As you know, the Pune Commune has been buzzing lately with issues focusing
on the Inner Circle, how it does its job, what needs to change in the Commune.
Now is the right time to give your input.
This is especially true for sannyasins who have worked recently in the
Commune, people who are known to be "responsible" and not simply negative.
If you have been to Pune during the past 2-3 years and for some reason are
feeling not to come back here any more, then the Inner Circle needs to know
why.
Here's how to do it:
Begin: Letter to the Inner Circle from.... (your sannyas name)
Headline: In three or four words, state your main reason, e.g. Not Enough
Communication, or Feeling Left Out, or whatever.
Then: Very brief biographical information: when you were here, what you
did, especially if you were a worker or a musician or something like that.
Then: I do not feel like coming back to Pune any more because..... (give
your reasons clearly and keep it short).
It is very important that you do not use your letter to dump shit, or be
sarcastic, as this will be counter-productive. It will confirm the view
that the only people who are dissatisfied with Pune are those who cannot
take responsibility for their own feelings -- professionally negative
sannyasins. So share from your heart.
Address your letter to Melissa, Secretary of the Inner Circle, ask her to
distribute it to the other members.
