Request for material: OSCE in Bosnia and Herzegovina

I am a student at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva,
working on a paper entitled "The role of OSCE in Bosnia and Herzegovina". I
have been in BiH for two months in 1999. I am looking for recent material
that could help evaluate OSCE's role in BiH.

I would be very grateful if you could indicate papers that have appeared in
1999 or 2000 on the subject as a whole, or any of the areas of OSCE
activities in BiH: Democratization, Elections, Human Rights, Media, Regional
Stabilization.
