New Radix-sort version - Beta 2.0 - 30% up to 40% performance improvement compared to Beta 1.0

Dear CLPP Team,
I have the pleasure to announce that we have a Beta 2.0 version of the
Satish radix sort.
About performance, it has approximatively the same performance than
the NVidia Satish-sort from the SDK, the main difference is that our
sort is ready to support different kind of 'types' (float, int, ...)
and do not use any specific tips to improve performance.
I still have a lot of ideas to improve the performance, but no time
for now. So if someone is interested to start from this version, then
go go go ;-) Feel free to ask me the ideas I have.
Feel free to test it, and send feedback.
