Adding Global Offsets

Hi,

I am not sure if you have this in your future plans, but I found
myself needing to sort a cl_mem object starting at a certain offset. I
am adding this ability to my own clpp source. When I am successful, I
will let you know and if you are interested I can hand-off the
portions of the code to you.

Yes,

It should be simple, by just using a start_offset by example.
It can be for the version 2.0 where we should have several features like this one.
(Templating, sorting structure, sorting based on a field of a struct, etc...)
