CKI announces Tomorrow Fund recipients

Congratulations to the following CKI clubs that received a Tomorrow Fund grant for 2010:


• UC Berkeley, California-Nevada-Hawaii District, $720, The Great Escape – Your Ticket into the Multicultural World Program
• UC Davis, California-Nevada-Hawaii District, $180, Children's Halloween Party
• University of Evansville, Indiana District, $450, Special Education Prom
• University of Pittsburgh - Oakland, Pennsylvania District, $735, Service in da' Burgh - Overnight project to help the homeless
• Purdue University, Indiana District, $479, A Cause for Paws – work with the Almost Home Humane Society
• UC Riverside, California-Nevada-Hawaii District, $200, Service Insomnia - 24 hours of service
• Virginia Wesleyan, Capital District, $180, Heritage United Methodist Church Playground
• University of Virginia, Capital District, $800, Breakfast with Santa
• Western Washington University, Pacific Northwest District, $500, Service without Borders Ecuador

The Tomorrow Fund is an endowed fund for Circle K International held within the Kiwanis International Foundation. This fund, utilizing the interest earned, helps CKI clubs and districts serve the world through grants for service opportunities. The fund is established through a portion of CKI member dues, through direct donations, through the donation of Carthage-Pullman Society memberships, and through the donation of Sapphire Circle honoraries.For more information about the Tomorrow Fund please contact CKI Service Committee Chairwoman Kristen Reed at subre...@circlek.org.
