Are you interested in showcasing a project at the CKI
International Convention Service Fair in St. Louis, Missouri August 5th
from 1:30 – 2:45pm? This year’s theme is “Service with a SPLASH!” and
includes water elements, bubbles, and will be a splashing good time for
all who attend and present.
How to Reserve a Table:The CKI
convention service fair offers a unique opportunity for attendees to
showcase their service projects, initiatives, fundraising, and other
activities. The service fair is a wonderful chance to present to others
your club, district, or division’s successes.

Location
and costs:The 2010 convention service fair will be taking place
during the CKI Convention in St. Louis, Missouri from 1:30pm-2:45pm on
Thursday, August 5th. If needed, presenters are responsible for their
own housing costs for the convention. For housing and registration
information, please contact CKI directly.
Timeline:July 10,
2010 – All requests to reserve a table must be submitted.July 19th,
2010 - All requests/applicants will be notified about their status.
August
5th, 2010 – All presenters for the service fair shall refer to their
convention program for information regarding set-up and service fair
operations
Selection Criteria:Presentations that demonstrate
the greatest educational value to the convention attendees will be
selected. New service opportunities, Service Successes, presentations
highlighting CKI Service partners, initiatives, district projects, club
projects/traditions, and new and original ideas will be selected.
Requests to reserve a table should have a clearly stated purpose, usage
of the theme “Splash into Service!”, and offer educational value to
service fair attendees in order to be permitted to present.
Important
Information: Please be advised that by submitting a request for a
table you acknowledge and agree that CKI is not responsible for any
damages or theft of property that may occur during set-up, the service
fair, or take-down. Each presenter is responsible for their own property
including AV equipment, laptop computers, and all other presentation
materials on the table.
