Problem with Command line params (Open FIle)

Cant open file through command line parameters:
With Resco "Open With ..." it opens empty document (Doc1)

It's curious that should work fine. Are you using version 0.22? I
can't reproduce since I have no Resco, but files with associated
extensions are opened when double clicked in the explorer.
