Bugs in v0.22

Firstly, I would like to say that this is a brilliant program. It
does exactly what I need it to do.
Secondly, just to report a few bugs. I am running this program in
Windows Mobile 5.1.465 (Build 15673.3.3.1) on a HTC TyTN.
1. When attempting to use "File Open" the window does not display
properly when viewing in landscape mode. There is a scrollbar on the
right but if you try to scroll down there is nothing there because it
has not "drawn" what is there.
2. In the "File Open" window if you are in a folder somewhere and
change "Usual" to "All Files", the files displayed are not correct.
For example, "mxip_notify.vol", "mxip_lang.vol", "ati_dbg.txt", etc".
If you re-select the folder then it does display all the files.
3. Also in the "File Open" window some files, mostly PHP files, are
being displayed as folders. I know this has been reported before but
the "workaround" that was mentioned doesn't work for me. However,
another workaround for this problem is to associate PHP files to cke
and it works fine.
Thirdly, improvements:
1. In "File Open" could you add a scrollbar for the tree view and the
list view so that they can be scrolled separately?
Fourthly, if you are interested, I would like to assist you in
improving this program. As well as, perhaps, developing a web only
version, i.e. HTML editor. I currently develop my own software,
including a HTML editor for standard Windows. My company's website is
