1. Open sample 'replacebycode.html'.
2. make heap snapshot.
3. run in console: {{{CKEDITOR.instances.editor1.destroy();}}}.
4. run in console: {{{CKEDITOR.replace('editor1');}}}.
5. make heap snaphost and switch to {{{Comparison}}} view in console.
Actual result:
instance of Editor is not released from memory.

I see problem can be reproduced from the very beginning - CKE 3.0 and
before but issue will be fixed at least some part of it in CKE 4.x
