CKAN Interface Display Problem

Hi All,

I have successfully installed CKAN in my virtual machine.  However, when I tried to access and login CKAN with the IP of the virtual machine, the interface is only a HTML webpage, without any images or plugin functions of CKAN, as the picture shows.  I have tried almost 10 computers in my lab, only 2 of them can display the complete interface.  Any ideas or hints for the solutions are appreciated.  Thanks.  :)

Other installation information:  CKAN version: 2.4.1 System: CentOS 7.0 Tomcat: 7.0.69 Solr:1.4.0 Postgresql: 9.2.18
