Link to an API option

Hi,

I'm using CKAN 2.7.2, and I'm interested on publish a dataset from an external API REST, In the documentation I can see this feature for this release, under the name "Link to an API" together with "Link to a File" and "Upload File", but in my installation I cannot find this option.

¿Is it a configuration option?, ¿Do I have to install any extension?.
