Questions like this are better on ckan-dev (https://lists.okfn.org/mailman/listinfo/ckan-dev).

If it says its running but hasn't managed to supply a start time, then probably something has gone wrong early on. I would check your ckan log, the harvester fetch log, gatherer log and supervisor's own log to try and get an idea of what's going on.

Also perhaps double check that you went through all the set up steps (queue, cron job to send the paster command to start harvesters, etc.)

Ive been running this harvester for the last 24hr and i havent got any results. It also hasn't indicated a start time .

Also the source im havesting from only has 500 data sets. So i cant see why its taking so long

Any suggestion to what could be happening?
