There is a fair amount of technical discussion on ckan-dev list and
stackoverflow, so I suggest you join them if you wish to discuss in
that area. This group is reserved for non-technical matters, so that
more strategic and business-like matters can be discussed, suiting
more manager-level people, without them being put off by the more
