What is the best ckan's version to install on ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS - 64 bits?

Hi, i'm gonna start a new project and i need to work with CKAN, i've read documentation and others but i'd like your opinions about what's the best version of ckan to work on ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS - 64bits, or maybe it's not recomendable, well i hope you can help me to take a decition, thanks and gl!
