General - 26-40 years (more than 5 years experience) Technical - Holding a Degree in QS or Construction Economics/ Civil Engineer/ Architects - Preferable experience: Tendering, Pricing, Estimate and Measurement - Good background in industry knowledge, suppliers, sources for quotes - Can take off quantity in short time Methodical - Self-discipline and good sense of order and logical methods of working - Analytical skills - Writing report skills; Good communication skills, Medium English Proficiency Social - Can work independently as well as in team - Well perform under pressure - Honest and responsible - Team leader skill
