We send out statements on request, however, if you’d like to receive one at given times you can let us know so we take note.

 

Our records are in a central place which is neither available at the points we receive money (reception and district tables) nor available off head by the people that receive the money. It is therefore advisable for the payer to know what month he/she is paying for so that they can request whoever is receiving the money to take note of it on the receipt.

 

We appreciate your support. Please let us know if you have any more clarification.
