Nhà máy East West Industry VietNam- VSIP II BÌnh Dương đang cần tuyển kỹ sư cho vị trí nhân sự phòng kỹ thuật & phát triển sản phẩm.

Nội dung công việc sẽ trao đổi cụ thể khi phỏng vấn. Công việc đại khái là: đối với dự án sản phẩm đang sản xuất thì theo dõi cải tiến và khắc phục sự cố nếu có. Dự án mới nhận thì tìm hiểu công nghệ, phương án chế tạo, triển khai để đi vào sản xuất. Các dự án gồm các dòng sản phẩm về nhựa (ép phun), đột dập, lắp ráp động cơ mini ...

Yêu cầu kiến thức về nhựa, công nghệ ép phun ... đột dập, phần mềm vẽ 3D ...

Buổi phỏng vấn sẽ hỏi 1 số kiến thức về nhựa kim loại phương pháp gia công, có bài test nhanh tiếng Anh, có 1 đề bài vẽ 3D (về nhà làm và gởi lại qua email)

Job Description:

• Handle RFQ’s (Requests for Quotation); this includes finding potential supplier, getting quotes, analyzing their quotes by doing cost analyses, selecting the most appropriate one for release to head office (USA)
• Perform vendor surveys of potential suppliers  and vendor selection when and order is received.
• Develop new products base on customer’s requirement or samples.
• Work together with the selected suppliers to manufacture new products from designation through mass production.
• Build up specification for new products and control initial quality.
• Monitoring production process and control quality in factories.

Skills
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Engineering.
• Good English communication.
• Reading and understanding technical drawings and engineering documents.
• Ability of self-studying on new technology and manufacturing process as rubber & plastic industries, metal forming, machining, etc.
• Analytical Skills, ability to work under pressure, good communication and negotiating.
• MS Office, Solid Works (or any 3D software for designation), AutoCAD & Internet Application.
• Knowledge in product designing, material, QA/QC, 5S, QMS Procedures and production operations will be preference.--
