My best suggestion is,
a) check that your egw (default English) installation is correctly
installed, eg, access your egw calendar (with English display).
b) check that your ck-erp (default English GUI) is correctly installed,
ie, ck-admin module -> admin/setup -> Install Test Environment
c) check that your egw (Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese)
languages had been correctly installed thru egw setup Step 4 - Language
Management.
d) check that your egw (Chinese language) display are correct, eg access
your egw calendar (with Chinese display).
e) check that you have followed the steps listed in the CK-ERP v.0.12.1
release email, ie,
This release has been tested aganist eGroupWare 1.0.0.006 . For Chinese
GUI users, after normal installation, please go through, [CK-ERP
Administration module -> Admin/Setup -> 3 - convert big5/gb18030 to
utf-8] to generate utf-8 Chinese lang files. Then, go through
egroupware's setup Step 4 - Language Management to (re-)install the
newly generated utf-8 Chinese lang files. (in English)
