MySQL requirement for Education cluster

Hi, folks,

Because the new Education cluster requires some rather complicated sql
queries, I have started using subqueries in some of the new CK-ERP
modules. As subquery was not available in MySQL until v.4.1, the next
release of CK-ERP will most likely requires MySQL 4.1 or above. If
there are other requirements for Postgresql, SQLite and/or php itself,
I'll inform you as and when they become evident.
