We would like to inform you of an event put on by Students for Justice in the Middle East at the University of Kansas in Lawrence on March 4, 2015. Ali Abunimah, co-founder of Electronic Intifada, will be speaking at 5:30 in the Kansas Room in the Kansas Union. See attached flyer. 

Ali Abunimah is author The Battle for Justice in Palestine and One Country: A Bold Proposal to End the Israeli-Palestinian Impasse. He is a contributor to The Goldstone Report: The Legacy of the Landmark Investigation of the Gaza Conflict (Nation Books). He has contributed to several other books and written hundreds of articles on the question of Palestine in a wide array of publications, including The Jordan Times, The New York Times, The Guardian, The Los Angeles Times and Al Jazeera. There is some free parking down Jayhawk Boulevard, anywhere from a 2 to 6 minute walk from the Union. There is also paid parking directly next to the Union.  http://parking.ku.edu/parking-garages
