TONIGHT in the Kansas City area:
Just a reminder that "The Gatekeepers," a riveting Oscar-nominated documentary featuring interviews with former heads of Israeli Shin Bet (intelligence agency), is opening tonight at the Tivoli Manor Square and Glenwood Red Bridge.
It will likely only be here the weekend, and possibly Monday.

On Wednesday, April 3, a panel of three Kansas City-area women will share photos and experiences from recent visits to Palestine and Israel. "Watering the Holy Land" starts at 6:30 in room 126 at Village Presbyterian Church, 6641 Mission Road, Prairie Village, KS. You can register for this free class at http://www.villagepres.org/ministries-programs/adult-ministry/village-university/

April 14, Sunday, 11 am: Oscar-nominated "5 Broken Cameras" to be shown at a youth-sponsored brunch at Keystone United Methodist Church, 74th and Wornall, Kansas City, MO.  An offering to cover the cost of the brunch will go to the youth group. The public is invited but reservations are required to be counted for brunch (watch http://www.thekeystonechurch.org/ for details). Here is the trailer for this remarkable film: http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/independent/5brokencameras/)

CJME has a license to show this film to non-profit groups. Contact us if you wish to borrow the DVD and we’ll make arrangements.
