Conexiunea wired e defapt eth0 (adica placa ethernet). Daca managerele de retea nu merg, incearca manual in felul urmator intr-un terminal:

Ruland comanda: dhcpcd eth0 <astepti o clipa, vezi ce scrie, apoi testezi daca merge un ping pe www.google.com>. Iar in caz ca nu merge, incerci (si mai) manual:

sudo ifconfig eth0 ip.ip.ip.ip netmask 255.255.x.x up

sudo route add default gw ip.ip.ip.ip

Unde ip este IP-ul ce ti s-a alocat pana acum la placa, din ce vad e 192.168.10.100, iar gateway-ul este cel IP-ul care furnizeaza internetul.

în cazul tău, eth0 este placa wireless.

nu e obligatoriu ca eth0 să fie placa de rețea pe fir, la mine pe desktop de exemplu este: p4p1, pe laptop este p2p1, iar wireless mă trezesc tot timpul cu eth0, am și eu un broadcom ce folosește wl ca driver.

dă și outputul de la lspci, eu cred că placa ta pe fir nu e activă.

problema ta nu e de la NM ci de faptul că nu e activată.

pe fir nu ai nimica activ, verifică în BIOS

acuma mă uitam că am și eu placa asta pe un Dell Inspiron 1750.

eu am rezolvat urmând instrucțiunile de pe Archlinux:

• I could not get the BCM4313 chip on a Lenovo B560 to work before following these steps:
  1. "Load defaults" in the BIOS. After that, the wireless was working under MS Windows. There are not many options in there, so I do not know what the reset may have changed, but it did the trick.
  2. Blacklist the acer_wmi module. For testing, you can add the following to the kernel line in GRUB: acer_wmi.disable=1

• I have found that to get the wl drivers working for the Broadcom 4313 chip, you need to blacklist brcm80211 along with b43 and ssb.

nu prea inteleg sistemul de postare de pe google, pe langa ca e ffff incet.... scuze de mess.

revin cu precizari: am atat wireless cat si ethernet. Ambele sunt prezente fizic si merg. Problema apare cand aduc laptopul de la servici acasa in reteaua mea si invers. De cele mai multe ori nu mai vede cablul de la servici cand vin de acasa. Nu il vede deloc, nici nu se aprind ledurile...
Acum de ex. s-a restartart ethernetul si e ok, dar acasa nu imi mai merge wireless. Am observat ca eth0 a re-devenit ethernetul, vine apoi lo, dupa care wireless e acum "rename3", ceea ce e frustrant, pentru ca presupun ca din cauza asta nu ma lasa sa ma conectez acasa...Nu va pot da output pe moment ca nu sunt pe Win 7 ca sa ma pot conecta...

pe scurt, incercam sa inteleg logica a ce se intampla. o sa revin cu output de la toate.
