cjklib 0.3.2 released

Hi everybody,

after a long pause I just released a new version of cjklib.

Version 0.3.2 comes with

- updated glyph data,
- updated download source for dictionaries HanDeDict and CFDICT,
- support for newer versions of SQLAlchemy,
- a bug fix for attached databases under SQLite3.

On the technical side, cjklib's source code is now hosted on Github (https://github.com/cburgmer/cjklib).

If you wonder what happend to 0.3.1 - just after all tagging and uploading was done did I find out that a simple script needed for installing was missing.
