Dear all,

Happy New Year to you all one last time!

Appreciated that you all made the effort to join the board meeting last Tuesday, Dec 29th.  We had a productive meeting, thanks to everyone's active participation, even though we no longer had Margaret's snacks on the table.

Please find the attached meeting minute with task assignments.  Please let me know if I missed anything or got anything wrong.

Julia reminded me that there will be a violinist hosting a concert in our area on Feb 20th.  So we should hurry up and get the news / poster published to attract participants.  I'll take a lead on this.
