Teaching positions - St. Kitts Seventh-day Adventist Primary School

​St. Kitts Seventh-day Adventist Primary School​ seeks experienced and suitably qualified teachers for the following vacancies:

Math Teacher (Grades 5-6)

Duties & Responsibilities:

 - Teach Mathematics at the Upper Primary Level.

 - Maintain order and discipline among students.

 - Maintain registers, records, or other forms as may be required by the Principal, Education Director or any other authorized person.

 - Plan and prepare lessons and scheme of work.

 - Attend Staff Meetings and Staff Worship.

Qualification & Experience:

 - Trained Teacher’s Certificate.

 - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.

 - Experience teaching in elementary school for at least three (3) years.

 - Excellent knowledge of the Seventh-day Adventist Education system.

Other Requirements:

- Excellent inter and intra personal skills.

- Must be knowledgeable of and committed to the philosophy, principles and mission of the Seventh-day Adventist church in education and give witness to these values in his/her professional and Christian life.

 - Must be familiar with and able to use technology.

Kindergarten Teacher (Grade 2)

Duties & Responsibilities:

 - Teach all subjects of the required curriculum.

 - Maintain order and discipline among students.

 - Maintain registers, records, or other forms as may be required by the Principal, Education Director or any other authorized person.

 - Plan and prepare lessons and scheme of work.

 - Attend Staff Meetings and Staff Worship.

Qualification & Experience:

 - Trained Teacher’s Certificate.

 - Bachelor's degree in Education or similar area.

 - Experience teaching in an elementary school in the Infant Department for at least three (3) years.

 - Excellent knowledge of the Seventh-day Adventist Education system.

Other Requirements:

- Excellent inter and intra personal skills.

 - Must be knowledgeable of and committed to the philosophy, principles and mission of the Seventh-day Adventist church in education and give witness to these values in his/her professional and Christian life.

 - Must be familiar with and able to use technology

Teacher - Middle to Upper Primary (Grades 3-6)
