Message regarding hostel cleanliness.

Hi All,

   Mrinal sir had come to the hostel and as Bishakha was absent, I had a word with him. He has suggested that for cleaning the fans and bathrooms, please leave the keys of the room with the gaurd and the lady will clean it during the daytime. Two room keys can be left on a day so that those two rooms can be cleaned every day. Normal cleaning of the rooms will be done on a daily basis( i..e sweeping and mopping). In case of any further problems with the hostel please get in touch with Bishakha or Mrinal sir. Thanks.

@ the juniors: I do not have the email ids of priyanka and mary so please forward this message to them too. thanks.
