As was informed to you earlier about our concern on the joining ratio. We want
to inform you in advance that we had already issued joining instruction (10th
Sept’10 at Pune) to rest of the selected candidates of batch 2010. The list of
the concerned are as below. Request you to take the joining ration to at least
95% to cover up the previous drop outs as in the trail mail.

While we are at this, we wish to share with you the disturbing trend noticed
with the candidates of your college, selected by us. It is a matter of concern
to us & trust would be the same with you that a unusually large number of
candidates have failed to join us despite confirming their willingness
to join.
