Notice

Sub: Viva Voce I & Viva Voce II

Viva Voce I & Viva Voce II for the 6th and 8th semester students respectively will be held as per the following schedule. If any student would not be able to attend the Viva Voce as per this schedule due to any interview he / she may submit a written application to the undersigned stating the reason and accordingly an alternate date for that student would be arranged.

There would two viva voce boards for each semester. Students of odd class roll numbers will appear before the Board A and those of even class roll numbers will appear before Board B.

Dear Students
Regarding comprehensive viva please read the following points.
  • All students should appear in the viva board with proper dress, The dress should be similar to that one should wear while appearing any interview board. 
  • If performance of any student becomes utterly unsatisfactory to the board of examiners, he/she would be asked to appear on another day for reexamination by the board.
  • However, if the performance during reexamination would again become unsatisfactory, the student may be failed in the viva which is sessional subject.
  • For the 6th semester students the viva would be held on basics of any topic covered in the curriculum upto 6th semester.
  • For the 8th semester students the viva would be held on on basics of any topis covered in the curriculum upto 8th semester.
  • The viva would start from 9.30 am.
