Subject: Elan 2018 Invitation

With great pleasure, we would like to share that the Department of Multimedia and Animation in collaboration with the Department of Environmental Studies of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata is about to host their annual fest ELAN 2018 on the 25th and 26th of September, 2018 at the Park Street campus. The fest recognises and promotes a diverse range of creative pursuits with the theme of this year being "Environment and Climate Change"

Taking this opportunity, we would like to cordially invite you to attend our event and be a part of the creative endeavour.

Attached with this mail are an invitation letter,  an instruction manual, a poster and a submission form. The submission form is required to be filled up by the participants interested in the 'Submission' events(details of which are provided in the manual) and handed over along with their submissions. All the other events except the Submissions are to be registered on spot on the day of the event.

The events are scheduled to be on 26th, September 2018 .The detailed schedule of the events will be forwarded to you via email shortly .
