Golden Jubilee Batch Convocation
We tossed our convocation caps up into the skies and parted with a promise to meet again.

Why don't we take a moment here and feel nostalgic? Let it be the
--Ragging (anti-ragging guys please read as ‘interaction’), the new confused-grad life, hostel, mess (one cannot appreciate light without getting to know what darkness is), fighting for slots in internet cafes above the hostel office and DL, northie-southie gap in the first year; or
--Getting to know our Dept in the ‘correct’ way, senior-citizenship, Chief warden raids, new PCs, laptops, collecting ‘stuff’ into them (even though there was no global LAN that time), extra chicken, Tuesday fish and special mess in second year; or
--AOE, CS (the saga #1), FIFA 05, 07, 08 (the saga #2), late-nights (we should call it early-mornings), focus on academics at the same time (this is where we got introduced to multi-tasking… suck on that Intel!!) and northie-southie gap reduction (thanks to dc++, CS, FIFA and industrial tours) in the third year; or
--Placement blues, focus on the ‘future’, final year parties, bike-rallies, fashion week, realizing the affection we have for our Dept (like the climax of srk-kj bollywood flick) in our final year; or
--Our Friends, late-night chats, ass bumps (both given and taken), fests, Nescafe, Amul, Khursheed, Ciggy point, Tiffin @kzp rly stn, Paakaala lake, Ramappa, Warangal fort.
Recalling even some of these things in our college life brings smile to our lips and wets our eyes. Isn't it?
Why would we miss the chance to reminisce all those ever-green days after a year and return to our daily “pursuit of ambitions” with the moments that would boost us, keep our hearts joyful, alive and look forward to the next reunion? So when shall me meet?
Date: 28th and 29th Aug, 2010
Venue: NIT Warangal
BE THERE... DO NOT MISS IT FOR THE WORLD!!
Schedule for the meet is as follows:
Here is the plan for the reunion. Well, strictly speaking, there is no plan, but here are a few points that would give some lead
1. We can make the best use of the limited 2 days if we can reach the college by the morning of Saturday, 28th August
2. We shall go around the college, meet faculty, juniors and we shall do everything that came into our mind to do in the campus
3. We shall gather at NCH or some other venue in the evening at 5.30 PM IST (not Indian stretchable time) for a fun filled intro session where we will get to know where our friends are located and what they are doing. 'Intro' might sound antique but we will definitely enjoy this classical session
4. We shall have a common dinner at some hotel
5. Then we can disperse for pre-planned activities like late-night roaming around the college or khursheed or going out to kzp rly station for the mouth-watering bread omelet
6. The next morning (29th Aug, Sunday) we'll all go for a movie (any Hindi or if possible English one)
7. Then we can start our journey back to our respective places.
This time the activities might be less but this is just a beginning.
