Inviting Applications for Rendezvous 2018 Coordinators

Dear Students,

We invite applications for the position of Coordinators for Rendezvous 2018. Interested students are requested to fill and submit the application form by 5 pm, 16^th February 2018 (Friday) at the SAC (Student Activity Centre) office. The classification of posts will be the following :

 

I) BRCA Events Coordinator
II) Prizes  Coordinator

 

Please find the form attached with this mail. 

This will be followed by an interview round which will be announced once all applications are received.

Process for recommendations:

1) Only Rendezvous'17 coordinators/CTMs are eligible to give recommendations.

2) Eligibility to give recommendations for the post of BRCA Events Coordinator:- 

i) Overall Coordinator

ii) Core Team Members

iii) BRCA Events Coordinator

3) Eligibility to give recommendations for the post of Prizes Coordinator :- 

i) Overall Coordinator

ii) Prizes Coordinator

4) Each coordinator has to fill a google form ( https://goo.gl/6S8rwu) in which they can recommend an applicant. 

5)The coordinators are advised not to reveal their recommendations as this data is supposed to be kept confidential.

The deadline for the submission of recommendations  is 5 pm, 15^th February 2018 (Thursday).
