CEP200 Open House :IMP

Hello to All,

Everyone is requested to submit the required info regarding CEP200 project (Coordinated By Prof Supratic Gupta )via  Google Doc given below.

1. Those who have submitted already don't need to submit it again. 
2. If someone have submitted something wrong regarding the topic or Prof name , they can submit again by putting star (*) before the name of the group members .
   
3. Those who have not decided the topic or Prof are requested to confirm these thing by tomorrow.
4. Those who haven't made their group till now must make their group .I think they should try to enter in any group not  having 5 members already.

Deadline: 10 April till 12 PM  

Some Additional Info:

1. Everybody who wants there poster to be printed by institute itself ( with institute template) required to submit their poster till 12 April. The info regarding the submission will be mailed soon.They have to download the template ,paste their material on it and submit .
   
2. Those who will not be able to submit their poster by 12 April ,they have to use their own fund which may be refunded by the civil department ( will be confirmed)
3. Presentation is on 20 April according to the Prof AK Swamy . So make sure that u are prepared with your poster and model( optional) on that day or one day before (will be informed) .

If someone have any additional info or doubt , he/she is requested to mail me the same. The above info have been confirmed after talking with Prof AK Swamy , Prof Supratic Gupta and Prof DR Sahoo.
