The Board For Sports Activities, IIT Delhi present to you MR. IIT Delhi, a bodybuilding competition wherein you get a chance to showcase your talent and passion.

One of the most exciting sports in existence, Bodybuilding is the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one's musculature. 

We invite all the students to come and compete in this thrilling event this Sunday, 8th April at 4:00 pm in the evening at Weightlifting Room, SAC.
