A big conspiracy is threatening the life and likelihood of Neil Farbstein a professional inventor and owner of a patent spending breakthrough electricity storage system. The authorities in his county (Nassau NY) have ignored tape recordings of a band that sang about a cult movement that is threatening to kill him. For years after that Assistant District Attorney dismissed his evidence, the Nassau DA's office has ignored several dozen formal complaints including complaints with people assaulting him that are recorded on tape and they have also ignored several internet postings where members of a conspiratorial group have confessed to stalking him and hacking into computers to ruin his reputation with the goals of causing false arrests and of suppressing his inventions by phoning businesses working with him and also slandering his reputation.
People participating in the conspiracy believe they will get his patents very cheaply if they falsely imprison him and force him to sell them to get bail money. Mr. Farbstein has approximately a hundred tapes proving his contentions about the conspiracy and several "investigations" by the DA's office have been ended shortly after they began and they always came to the conclusion that there was insufficient evidence to determine what had taken place. All of those investigations were conducted wrongly and there is written evidence those investigations were all sabotaged by conspirators. They were conducted so poorly that they violated his constitutional right to due process. Later investigations were ordered by Tom Suozzi the former County Executive in response to murder threats and the investigation was continued by the current County Executive Edward Mangano who also widened the investigation to investigate police misconduct including razzing incidents. That has recently lead to an ominous increase in other incidents and to violent assaults on Mr. Farbstein by members of the community that believe the police will arrest the wrong person if he reports them to the police. Recently, a life threatening attack of that kind happened, resulting in injuries. Mr. Farbstein, an ex gubernatorial candidate who announced his intentions of running in the next Presidential race has also contacted State and Federal authorities, including the Assistant Attorney General of the United States during the Bush years, and he has exhausted remedies at those levels.
Mr. President, please begin an investigation of this vast conspiracy before Mr. Farbstein is hurt or killed- and before his inventions are stolen by conspirators that have stalked him on the internet and phoned in false information to companies and the authorities. The extent of the conspiracy is so vast that a special prosecutor must be appointed to investigate the investigators on lower levels and to investigate the conspiracy in the community at large.
