In center and abit above Batch of 2006. The gap wud be almost same as it is between Dept of Civil Engg. and IIT Bombay.

abe ye to stunt hai be.. ruko ruko.. lets discuss it out :P

1. as Arun said, how would it look like, fonts and all.
2. price (i guess hardly any difference if using same colour/back tmplate)
3. wing/group names consideration rakh sakte hai.. no one is so obsessed ki individual tshrt pehne jab khud kisi door country/city/village/site par pehen ke ghoom raha ho.

think about it and we can discuss it for next 1 or 2 days before money is actually being paid.

I don't think naam ka itna issue hai. We could change the font to a more elegant one and maybe reduce the size of Batch of 2006 if everyone's open to the idea.

These are the two designs we r having so far...

I think the one Utsav suggested is more elegant, only the font type and size of Batch of 2006 and IIT Bombay can b worked out.

Plz  give your inputs and finalize design asap.

After so many reviews and consideration over redesign and putting in names, I thought to touch it a bit.
And also, we need to make it fast.
I'm attaching 3 images
1. Ashish Aeran, (both part equal)
2. Avi Khiavsara (long surname)
3. Mohit Sharma (different styling)

so that people may get an idea how is it going to look like if their name is put on.
I could not see any suitable space for names in previous design, isiliye banaya.
I still have no problem with earlier designs. [+1@design 1 in case attachment get a rejection :P]

Our motive of getting this sweatshirt:
Bhavik, yaar CE ko bada likhne ka purpse hai, [totally understand if you don't like it] but we did not intend to highlight IIT Bombay. Or do we, now?

about the hatred that is still being carried, may we know what profession are you into? because then it will be easier for us to print:
"Department of Civil Engineering now into banking/consultancy/etc"

No, I want to say this:
however, as a member of department, I shall not be willing to give you the sweatshirt if you display this attitude.
simply put in words: "lena hia to le, deptt ko gaali mat de"

We want you to understand this:
you can not take the sweat shirt and still live a happy life :)

from outsider's perspective:
Civil Engg IIT Bombay 2006 is enough informative regarding what we all want to convey.

Between the lines:
I really don't care if you tell us or not whether you need a shirt or not, with a name or a surname or whatever.

PS- If you have suggestion, make it a point to keep it in that specific format, else simply put in words similar to yours, fuck off.
