Updating CiviForm release cadence to every other week

Hello all! CiviForm has decided to update our release cadence to every other week. This will reduce developer churn, allow more time for testing, and provide more feature complete releases.

Our next scheduled release will be the week of 9/15. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about this new schedule.

A small edit to my previous email -- we will be releasing this week like normal and then will switch to every other week. So our next release after this week will be the week of 9/22.
