Version 2.27.0 of CiviForm is now available

What's Changed

In this release, we added a flag to the deployment for disabling the HTTP listener (civiform/cloud-deploy-infra#437), which means deployers will get a message that module.ecs_fargate_service.aws_lb_listener.lb_http_listeners will be destroyed and module.ecs_fargate_service.aws_lb_listener.lb_http_listeners[0] will be created. This is expected and can be applied without concern.
